  • The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging

  • The exchange request must be communicated in writing within 30 days of delivery


3. How to Request an Exchange

Once your request has been reviewed, our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while the shipment of the replacement item is free of charge.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Worn, damaged, or soiled items

  • Underwear or intimate garments (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or custom-made products


5. Availability of Replacement Items

If the requested replacement item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued for the returned product instead.
