At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, where available.
3. Delivery Time
The average delivery time across the United Kingdom is 5–9 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or due to courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

As MoveSet currently delivers exclusively within the UK, no additional customs charges apply.
6. Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier’s website.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a designated delivery point, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-shipment.
