How to choose: pick your size based on Waist first, then confirm with Hips.
How to measure:
1. Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
2. Hips: stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
Tip: Stick to your usual size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
